WOLVES & PUPPIES STAY
On the high lands of Ethiopia, in the remote Mont Bale, at an altitude of more than 3500m in this superb national park, we will photograph the magnificent endemic wolf. About 450 people live in Ethiopia and nowhere else on Earth Ethiopia is also the promise of a fabulous and incomparable biodiversity … Mountain Nyala, Steppe Eagle, Giant mole rat, and much more. We suggest a stay between January and March to optimize the chances of seeing young puppies.
We will sleep in tent in the heart of the favorite biotope of the Ethiopian wolf, accompanied of a experimented naturalist guide and a cooker (who will prepare delicious meals) This way we will have the best chance of photographing it and understanding this fascinating species. We will also see different raptors flying over the steppes of Mount Balé such as the Augur Buzzard, Golden Eagle… And who knows if we are lucky we will observe the Serval cat or Spotted Hyenas…
